What does GutterBrush do ?
GutterBrush provides a very user friendly product that is easy to work with. Our customers buy our GutterBrushes in boxes of 3 foot lengths, receive free delivery at their home or business, and they clean their gutter and easily just fill the whole gutter with GutterBrush. The brush stays in place and keeps the gutter from clogging. Filling your gutter is a very easy way to solve gutter problems and greatly decrease gutter work and ladder visits. Anyone can install GutterBrush.
Why is GutterBrush made this way?
Because it is easy to install and it works better than common gutter guard screens mesh and covers. The biggest problem with gutter guards is the fact that they get dirty and become a water ramp that sends the rain water shooting past the outer edge of the gutter and splashing to the ground. The other problem with common gutter guards is they don't fit many gutters. Gutterbrush works, and is self fitting, conforming to all gutter shapes and sizes. GutterBrush is different. It doesn't create a water ramp, rather it creates a ballance of great clog protection also emphasizing the importance of getting the water into the gutter. Getting all of the water into the gutter is the most important thing for a gutter guard so GutterBrush strikes the best Ballance between stopping clogs and accepting water. The bristles draw the water into the gutter and the gutter will not clog. No other gutter guard accepts water as well as GutterBrush.
Does 8 inch GutterBrush solve gutter clogging ?
Yes
Does 8 inch GutterBrush solve clogging even if it is deep in a larger gutter?
Yes. GutterBrush solves gutter clogging even if it is set down deeper in a larger taller gutter. The brush itself provides a protected flow channel which is a conduit that stretches from outlet to outlet. Even an undersized GutterBrush solves clogging. Rain water can enter the 8 inch Gutterbrush as a protected 8 inch tube or flow channel. Rain water can enter that flow channel from all 360 degrees and debris can not clog the flow channel. Rain water flows between the bristles, down the flow channel of the brush and out the downspouts. It works very well and it is simple.
How is it that GutterBrush keeps the gutter from having a clog?
GutterBrush divides and conquers gutter debris. Individual leafs and debris were never, idividually, able to clog the gutter. Leaves need to group together in order to make a larger blockage and that can not happen with gutgtterBrush protecting the gutter. Leaves and debris can not move, flow, or clump together to make a larger blockage or plug, so the gutter does not clog. Water blows between and out. If the debris can not move, then it can not make a clog. GutterBrush divides and conquers gutter debris.
So then, will debris get stuck in the bristles?
Yes, but the gutter will not clog.
What else is going on that helps?
Any debris is exposed to the sun and also is not just laying on the bottom of the gutter so it experiences abundant air flow surrounding it. The debris, having exposure to the sun all day every day with abundant airflow, really cooks and decays quickly with most of it flowing through as tiny particulate matter that could never clog anything.
Will it ever need cleaning or maintenance?
All gutter guards in debris areas will all require maintenance at some point in order to keep them flowing. GutterBrush can go many many years without needing maintenance but every gutter and location are different. Some will need maintenance sooner than others but the system works great and if or when necessary, GutteBrush is very easy to maintain and start over fresh. It's a renewable gutter guard system.
