Don’t leaves and debris get stuck in the bristles??
Of course leaves and debris can lodge in the bristles ; for example maple helicopter seeds; but the gutter will not clog. Individual pieces of debris can not cause a clog unless they can clump together and flow to make a bigger plug or dam. Debris cant not move so it can not make a larger clump, it can not clog the downspout opening, and it can not make a dam. The water flows between the bristles and out the downspouts. Are there other factors that help GutterBrush keep gutters flowing?
Any debris or leaves that are lodged in the bristles, really cooks and decays from the sunshine and air flow. The debris is not laying on the bottom of the gutter, instead it is surrounded by airflow and sunlight, so it dries, cooks, and degrades quickly, breaking down into small particles that drop to the bottom of the gutter and wash through the system. Advanced degradation of the leaves means keeping your gutter flowing for longer.
Will GutterBrush eventually fill up with debris?
There is no such thing as a maintenance free gutter guard out in the debris field. All gutter guards in the debris field, need maintenance. That's the best thing about GutterBrush, at some point down the line there are no fasteners so you can easily remove the GutterBrushes and bang the debris out of them; clean the gutter and reinstall them.
