Gutter Guards for Small Gutters - Questions
Why is GutterBrush gutter guard for small gutters better than other gutter guards.
Other gutter guards are complicated, difficult to install and they get dirty in just the first dropping season, and they act like a debris ramp that sends the water overshooting the gutter. When you try to keep every speck of gutter debris out, you will keep the water out too. GutterBrush accepts water better than any other gutter guard, is easy to install, and it fits small gutter that others do not.
Which size GutterBrush will fit a 4 inch k style common gutter
The 3.25" actual diameter GutterBrush for 4 inch gutters, fits the 4 inch K Style gutter perfectly. It fills the width and also has a raised profile so that debris that drops on it is up higher than the gutter edges so the wind can blow it away.
Is there a smaller brush gutter guard size?
Yes, the smallest brush gutter guard that GutterBrush makes has an actual diameter of 2.25 inches to fit narrow channels.
Will leaves and debris get srtuck in the bristles.
Sure, leaves and debris will get stuck in the bristles, but individual leaves can not cause a rain gutter clog so the gutter will continue to flow.
How does GutterBrush stop the gutter from clogging.
GutterBrush divides and conquers clogs. Individual pieces of debris can not clog a gutter. The debris has to be able to make a larger clump, dam, or plug, in order to clog the gutter, but the debris can not move so it can not create a larger clump and it can not clog.
How can GutterBrush go so long without clogging?
When GutterBrush is filling the whole gutter, it can not clog. Individual pieces of debris are suspended in the bristles and out to the sun. Abundant air flow surrounding the debris, combined with the sunshine, causes the debris to cook and break down in an advanced faster manner and the particulate matter flows through.
What if too much debris gets stuck in the brush.
Homes can go many many years without clog, every home is different. All gutter guards out in the debris field will at some point need maintenance to keep flowing. That is what is great about Gutterbrush, it is easy to install and eventually it is easy to clean and renew. With GutterBrush, partial cleaning might also make sense because debris can not clump and flow. At some point down the line, you can remove some or all of the GutterBrushes, bang the debris out of them, clean the gutter and reinstall renewed and ready to start again. That is the system! Finally, a gutter guard that is easy to maintain!
