Below is my emailed answer explaining how GutterBrush stops gutter clogging

 

We have been manufacturing our simple brush gutter guard system here in the USA for over 21 years.  It is an amazingly easy do it yourself way to keep gutters from clogging.  Its so easy to install, it has really turned the gutter guard world upside-down because it is far more affordable.

Thanks for asking - How Does GutterBrush Work.

Our customers simply clean their gutter in a typical fashion and then slide 3 foot lengths of GutterBrush into the gutter filling the whole gutter.

 GutterBrush is a very easy to install gutter clog prevention system.  The gutter literally cannot clog while GutterBrush is filling the gutter.  Its like a gutter screen, but it is three-dimensional.   Most leaves and debris will blow over the crowned surface,  Yes some leaves and debris do get stuck in the bristles but they cannot cause a clog.  Gutters clog in 2 ways.

1)  Debris lays on the bottom of the gutter and when it rains the water carries it all to the downspout outlet but it can not fit out, so the debris forms a blockage at the downspout outlet.

or

2) Debris and leaves lay on the bottom of the gutter and when it rains, the debris floats and gets caught-up.  As more and more debris floats by it gets larger and becomes a dam causing a pour over.

Both of the above scenarios can not happen when GutterBrush is filling the gutter because the debris cannot flow or move.  When it rains,  the water flows through and between the bristles and out the downspouts.  The leaves and debris can not clump together to form a larger plug.  The leaves and debris can not flow to create a dam.  They can not flow to the outlet tube to clog it.  The gutter can not clog.   

Additionally,  abundant airflow surrounding each piece of leaf and debris combined with the sun's rays, causes advanced deterioration and particle fow through.  The system can work for years eliminating clogging and eliminating or greatly decreasing gutter visits.

At some point, if or when necessary, maintenance is a snap!  Its easy to renw and start over clean.
