As with every gutter guard, some debris can eventually work its way into the GutterBrush Gutter Guard system which may result in the need for occasional cleaning or maintenance. However, if GutterBrush fails to prevent clogging in properly cleaned and pitched gutters, it may be returned to the manufacturer with proof of purchase within 1 year of purchase date for a refund of the original purchase price, less applicable sales tax and any shipping fees. Returned GutterBrush will be inspected and a handling / restocking / disposal fee of up to 20% may be applied. The GutterBrush Guys, Ltd. guarantees that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 25 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

The GutterBrush Guys, Ltd. assumes no liability related to the installation of this product and any damages or injuries that may result.  

To return your GutterBrush for a refund simply call 888-397-9433 to inform us of your intent to return the product and obtain a return authorization code. We would also appreciate any feedback you could share in helping us understand where the product fell short of your expectations and how we may improve GutterBrush for future customers. Then, package up your GutterBrush and send it with your proof of purchase to:

For your protection please insure your package for its full value. Unfortunately we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD.  Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping and handling will not be refunded on refusals.
